Welcome to use this Facetix (hereinafter referred to as "the Tool"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") explains how the operator of the Tool (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") collects, uses, stores, protects and processes your information when you use the Tool’s services, including but not limited to image styling, image-to-video conversion, face swapping, clothing swapping, and dance generation. By accessing or using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agreed to all terms and contents of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please stop using the Tool immediately.

I. Information Collection Scope and Purpose

1.1 To realize all core functions of the Tool and provide you with high-quality AI generation services, the Tool will only collect the information necessary for service operation, which is specifically divided into the following categories according to service scenarios:

- For image styling and clothing swapping: The Tool will collect the images you actively upload (including human images, object images, etc.) and the basic image feature data extracted from them, which are used to adjust image styles, replace clothing effects, and ensure the naturalness and accuracy of generated results.

- For image-to-video conversion: The Tool will collect the images or short video clips you upload, as well as the relevant parameter settings you select (such as video duration, frame rate, etc.), which are used to convert static images into dynamic videos that meet your needs.

- For face swapping: The Tool will collect the facial images (photos or video frames) you upload for face swapping and the facial feature data extracted from them, which are used to match swap targets, extract facial features, and generate face swap results.

- For dance generation: If you choose to generate dance videos with human images, the Tool may collect the human images you upload (including facial images if involved) to match dance movements and generate coherent dance videos.

1.2 The sole purpose of collecting the above information is to provide you with the corresponding AI generation services. The Operator will not collect any irrelevant personal information, nor will it use the collected information for any purposes other than those clearly stated in this Policy without your explicit written consent.

II. Special Provisions on Facial Information

2.1 The Tool only collects facial information when you use the face swapping function or the dance generation function involving human faces, and strictly follows the principle of "minimum necessity"—only collecting the facial feature data necessary for realizing the service, without collecting additional facial details or irrelevant personal information.

2.2 The storage period of all facial information collected by the Tool (including uploaded facial images, extracted facial feature data, and derivative data generated during service processing) is strictly limited to 7 days. The storage period starts from the date when you complete the upload of facial information.

2.3 After the expiration of the 7-day storage period, the Tool will automatically trigger a full deletion process, completely erasing all facial information and related derivative data. No backup, cache, transfer or retention will be performed in any form (including but not limited to server backup, local cache, etc.).

2.4 During the 7-day storage period, if you have completed the corresponding service (such as obtaining the face swap result or dance generation result) and no longer need to retain the facial information, you can contact the Operator’s customer service through the official channel at any time to apply for early deletion. The Operator will complete the deletion of the corresponding facial information within 24 hours after receiving the valid application and feedback the deletion result to you.

2.5 During the storage period, facial information will only be used for the service you currently initiate (face swapping or dance generation involving human faces). After the service is completed, only the necessary marks for automatic deletion will be retained, and the facial information will not be used for service optimization, data analysis or any other scenarios.

III. Information Use and Sharing Rules

3.1 The Operator will only use the collected information within the scope authorized by you and in accordance with this Policy, including but not limited to: processing the uploaded content to realize the Tool’s core functions, optimizing service quality (such as improving the accuracy of generation effects, fixing functional vulnerabilities), and responding to your service needs.

3.2 Without your explicit written consent, the Operator will never sell, rent, lease, transfer or disclose your information (including facial information, uploaded images, videos, etc.) to any third party for profit. 

3.3 To ensure the stability and security of services, the Operator may entrust third-party technical service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Entrusted Parties") to provide necessary technical support, such as server storage, data encryption, and network maintenance. The Operator will strictly review the qualifications of the Entrusted Parties, sign a strict confidentiality agreement with them, clearly define the scope and obligations of the Entrusted Parties in processing user information, and conduct regular supervision and inspection to ensure that the Entrusted Parties only process user information within the authorized scope and take effective security protection measures.

3.4 The generated works (such as styled images, converted videos, face swap results, clothing swap results, dance videos) created by you using the Tool belong to you. The Operator will not actively retain, use or disclose such generated works unless you choose to save them in the Tool’s temporary storage space (which will be automatically cleared after 30 days if not manually saved by you).

IV. Information Storage and Security Protection

4.1 The Operator adopts industry-leading security protection technologies and measures to establish a complete information security protection system, ensuring the security of your information and preventing it from being illegally accessed, stolen, tampered with, leaked or damaged. Specific measures include but are not limited to:

- Data encryption: End-to-end encryption is adopted for information during transmission, and encrypted storage is adopted for information stored on the server, especially facial information, which is protected by multiple encryption technologies;

- Access control: Strict access permission management is implemented, and only authorized technical personnel can access user information under specific work needs, and all access behaviors are recorded and audited;

- System maintenance: Regular security vulnerability scanning, system upgrade and maintenance are carried out to timely fix potential security risks;

- Personnel management: Establish a strict information security management system for employees, conduct regular information security training, and clarify the responsibilities and obligations of employees in information processing.

4.2 Except for facial information (storage period of 7 days), the storage period of other information (such as uploaded images, videos, generated works) shall be subject to the realization of service needs and your retention settings: if you do not actively save, the information will be automatically cleared after the service is completed; if you choose to save, the information will be retained until you take the initiative to delete it or the Tool’s temporary storage period expires (30 days).

4.3 The Operator will do its best to ensure the security of your information, but you should be aware that there is no absolutely safe technology in the network environment. For information security risks caused by factors beyond the Operator’s reasonable control (including but not limited to hacker attacks, network failures, force majeure, technical limitations), the Operator will take immediate remedial measures in its capacity and reduce losses as much as possible, but will not bear responsibilities beyond a reasonable scope.

V. Your Rights to Your Information

30.1 Right of Access: You have the right to inquire about the information you uploaded to the Tool, including the type, upload time, storage status and use scope of the information. You can submit an inquiry application through the customer service channel provided by the Tool.

30.2 Right of Deletion: You have the right to apply for deletion of your uploaded information (including facial information, images, videos, generated works) at any time. For facial information, you can apply for early deletion during the 7-day storage period; for other information, you can apply for deletion at any time, and the Operator will complete the deletion operation within 24 hours after receiving the valid application.

30.3 Right of Correction: If you find that the information you uploaded is wrong (such as uploading the wrong image, wrong parameter settings), you can contact customer service to apply for correction, and the Operator will assist you in correcting or re-uploading after verifying your identity.

30.4 To exercise the above rights, you may need to provide simple verification information to confirm your identity (to prevent others from operating your information without authorization). The Operator will strictly keep the verification information confidential and delete it immediately after completing the verification.

VI. Policy Modification and Notification

35.1 The Operator may modify this Policy in accordance with changes in applicable laws and regulations, technical upgrades of the Tool, adjustments in service functions or operational needs. The modified Policy will be publicized through prominent positions on the Tool (such as login pop-ups, announcement pages, setting pages) and take effect from the date of publicization.

35.2 If the modified Policy involves major changes to your rights and interests (such as adjusting the storage period of facial information, changing the scope of information use), the Operator will notify you through a more eye-catching way (such as sending a reminder message to your registered contact information) before the modified Policy takes effect. If you continue to use the Tool after the modified Policy takes effect, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to the modified content.

VIII. Other Provisions

42.1 This Policy shall take effect from the date when you first use the Tool. Your use of the Tool shall be deemed as your full acceptance of this Policy.

42.2 If any clause of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the validity and enforceability of other clauses shall not be affected.

42.3 The Operator reserves the final interpretation right of this Policy, but this right shall not be used to violate applicable laws and regulations or damage your legitimate rights and interests.
